eclipse hyperlink not working [message #1691312]

Hi .
when ever I'm using an IDE, I'm used use CTL click to navigate around the code
Currently I'm working on eclipse and for some reason that option has stoped to work properly a couple of days ago.
The code still compiles (it's an external compiler, I'm using the eclipse just for writing the code), but every time I'm trying to CTL and click on a function it's says "Could not find symbol ' XXX' in index.
refreshing the project (F5) didn't help.
Any ideas?
