BIRT HTML output split into multiple spreadsheet cells [message #1690923]

I'm using IBM Rational Software Architect v9.0.0.1, which bundles
BIRT v4.2.2. I've created a BIRT report to export some UML model
information for importation into another software application. I'm
having some trouble with documentation fields into which RSA allows
the use of HTML formatting:

Here is a screen shot of a BIRT report spreadsheet row with content
originating from the documentation above for "Knowledge Result". The
rightmost column shows the raw HTML text containing two paragraphs
( tag):

I changed the BIRT report to make this column a Dynamic Text field
so that the HTML would be rendered. Below is the result. The two
paragraphs have been split into two rows in the spreadsheet. This is
not the behavior I desire. I want all of the documentation
text to be contained in just one spreadsheet cell (no row splitting).

Can anyone offer a suggestion? Is this possible?
