Xerox printer driver issue on BIRT server while printing a document [message #1690629]

I have my BIRT server on windows 2012. It polls an input folder for XML and json files.
The pdfs are getting generated properly, but when it tries to print hard copies from the Xerox printer, I see following error (screen shot attached) ;-

"An unexpected error occurred in the print driver "

After this error,the BIRT server gets crashed.. and it stops polling the input folder.

I am using JBOSS 6.3 for BIRT server.

Any sort of help will be appreciated.
