Jumping cursor/screen in CDT editor [message #1639005]

Hallo,
If is horizontal scrollbar is shown and line is longer as window, cursor(screen) in Kepler/CDT 8.3 is jumping on beginning of line by each typing. I tried many and many different disabling options in preferences but without any effect, cursor always jump.
How to setings eclipse to still cursor always on same place?
Editing large file with this property/bug is not simple.
I am unhappy about this editor property, can help me please?
