Uninstall Eclipse Kepler [message #1629692]

I installed Kepler and Luna both in Ubuntu 14.04. Then I installed Scala 2.9.3. I decided to use only Luna and wanted to remove Kepler but am unable to do so with sudo apt remove command. Even if I delete Kepler folder completely, it starts when I type eclipse from command line. I am not able to delete Scala 2.9.3 as it is says I dont have permission though I am the admin. When I checked the properties, it says it is installed by a user 119. Luna works fine but just want to get rid of Kepler and Scala 2.9.3 and be able to start Luna from command line. Thanks in advance for any help!
