Hi all

I have check the documentation and other posts but found no relevant information.
I tried to search for a way to do the following:

In a Cross Table representation:

Hide the unused and empty white cells bellow and to the right of the table
Disable the collapse/expand functionality for the table when clicking on other columns that the first one
Disable entirely the collapse/expand functionality in the table
Add separators between table lines.

Can anyone point me to a reference so that i can solve the above issues ?
