I am working on behalf of one of my customers who we are going a software audit for and they need to know if they upgrade to Windows 2008 and then 2012 MS Server will the following software be compatible in their current versions?
Eclipse Foundation Eclipse
Eclipse Foundation Eclipse 3.3
Eclipse Foundation Eclipse 3.6
Eclipse Foundation Eclipse 3.7
Eclipse Foundation Eclipse 4.3
Eclipse Foundation Eclipse 4.4
Apologies if this is the wrong area to post but could not find a phone number on the site to call anyone
Thanks
Stuart

I don't see any reason why running it on a Windows server OS would be a problem, but it's not officially tested on them. If a Java VM is available for the OS, chances are it would work. Having said that, it's not clear why anyone would do that.
