Eclipse Community ForumsPls let me know if your company will use, deliver services or build products leveraging EPF 1.0?
https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/mv/msg/5778/17253/#msg_17253
A) Intend to include EPF 1.0 code or content in a commercial product
B) have delivered, or intend to deliver, services around EPF 1.0 or earlier
version.
C) Is or intend to use EPF 1.0 or earlier version for their projects
I assume that most of the companies actively participating in the project
intend to do either, but I need to get that confirmed. A note to just me is
OK (pkroll@us.ibm.com), or post a response to this note. Ideally write a
note on what you intend to do, but no more than one short sentence, such as
"A is using OpenUp for various small projects"
"B is planning to standardize on EPF Composer as an authoring platform
"X intends to deliver training and services around OpenUP"
"Y intends to deliver training around EPF Composer"
"Z intends to produce a product on top of EPF 1.0, and deliver associated
training and consulting."
We may use this information for the Release Review to showcase that we have
a value-add community, on the EPF website to help promote your company, and
for release activities such as analyst and press briefings in conjunction
with the release to showcase broad industry support.
Thanks]]>Per Kroll2006-09-01T02:31:22-00:00Re: Pls let me know if your company will use, deliver services or build products leveraging EPF 1.0?

a little bit late :-(
we (Asseco Slovakia, a.s. - www.asseco.sk) indent to use EPF
for internal use (modelling processes of Software Life-Cycle model).
it means alternative C - epf as a authoring platform.

we can use it. It looks promising, but I won't know for a while.

Lonsdale Systems presents training courses throughout Australia and SE
Asia. We have presented a SPEM-based process modelling course for the
past three years.
It is our intention to add a practical element to this course based on
EPF/Composer.
We may at a later date develop a specific EPF/Composer course.
We are considering whether to deliver our Requiremenst Analysis course
material using EPF/Composer as an authoring platform.
