I am using Windows 7 (32 bit) with 2 GB RAM and my eclipse.ini setting is as below-

You might have better luck asking on an ATG specific forum, if things
were working before that. My guess (and just a guess) is your memory
settings (plus whatever "non-java memory" that ATG uses is filling up
your machine's memory, and thus begins to "swap" alot and this slows
everything down. Do you think you really need 512M set for heap and
perm-space? If so, not much you can do, but if you set them that high
"just in case", you might try lowering them (say, 380 and 256) ... its
an ironic twist that sometimes specifying "more memory" slows things
down ... but, when that happens its often because it causes more memory
swapping. (And, to repeat, I'm just guessing one thing it might be ...
could be a hundred other things that cause performance issues ... I'm
not familiar with ATG plugins, but anything with "servers" usually uses
