The answer is: yes. Once you've got a dialog set up just the way you
want it, go back to the parent canvas (where the dialog is just a block),
right-click that dialog block and select "Create Template" -- this will
add a copy of that dialog to the Dialogs section of your voice pallet,
for use whenever you need. Note that this is adding the dialog template
to that workspace, so it will be available in any other projects in the
workspace.
