Eclipse Community ForumsComments are removed after use of "Manage Dependencies" option
https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/mv/msg/2327/6766/#msg_6766
I'm used to document my pom options, including comments in the pom.xml
file.
Today I try the menu option: Manage Dependencies, to add an api. But after
that, all my comments were removed.
Is this a feature ou a problem with the pom editor?

For specific questios about Q4E implementation you should use the Q4E
mailing list, you'll get more help. http://groups.google.com/group/q4e-users
What you mention is a known problem that we are trying to improve for
next version.

"irrelevant" information.
We're working on a different implementation (without using the maven
classes) for manipulating the pom and keeping the comments and formatting
as much as possible.
