Hi,
it would be great if EMF code generation could be integrated in a Maven
build process, using a Maven plugin aka "mojo", and not ant.
It seems that it needs a local Eclipse installation, though, instead of
drawing in proper Maven dependencies. That already defies the main
advantage of Maven, as does an ant-based approach: being able to just
download a project's sourcecode and nothing else, and only having to
issue a simple "mvn install" on the command line in order to build it.
Crossposting this to eclipse.tycho: maybe somebody has an idea whether
and how it could be possible to e.g. take the Mapasuta
maven-emfgen-plugin and turn its dependencies into proper Maven
dependencies using Tycho?
