Eclipse Community Forumsis the time-delay for SWT.MouseHover adjustable?
https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/mv/msg/147483/464274/#msg_464274
Maybe this is a system-parameter or something, but I wonder if SWT anywhere provides a way to change
the "hover" time-delay -- i.e., the delay before a SWT.MouseHover event is generated? Would be kind
of handy ...
thanks,

that on some platforms users can configure the mouse hover characteristics
particularly for users that may have shaky hands.
On Windows (from MSDN):
The system default hover time-out is initially the menu drop-down time,
which is 400 milliseconds. The system default hover rectangle is the same
as the double-click rectangle.
