is the EMF documentation at help.eclipse.org offline?
At this URL http://help.eclipse.org/help33/topic/org.eclipse.emf.doc/ref erences/overview/EMF.html
it says
"The topic that you have requested is not available. The link may be
wrong, or you may not have the corresponding product feature installed.
This online help only includes documentation for features that are
installed."

You should ask your questions about EMF directly on the
eclipse.tools.emf newsgroup. I think you will quicker have answers ;-)
