I assume it's just a configuration error, but it does mean that none of your US users can correctly configure your forum.
Just a heads-up from a new user

Thanks for reporting. Can you please file a bug report for that so it makes it easier to track it: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Community&component=Website ?]]>Mickael Istria2017-07-17T08:21:33-00:00Re: Issues with the forum

Forums are currently a service that would potentially be worth removing from the Foundation shoulders (so the staff can focus on topics that are commonly identified as higher priority).
Please read the discussion on https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=451571 if you want more details and follow the debate on this topic.
But at the moment, it's not something the users should care about and they should keep using the channel that's recommended by the project they're asking support to, even if it's this Eclipse Forum.
In case the Forum gets abandoned, users will be driven to other channels, but it's not something they should be pro-active about.]]>Mickael Istria2017-08-02T11:55:41-00:00
