Indeed it is possible, we are developping the project M2Doc[1] to adress this need for .docx. It alrready provides an integration with Sirius so that you can integrate diagrams directly in the document and fairly sophisticated features for tables. It is reusing AQL as a query language so any user of Sirius should feel at home.
It has not reached a 1.0 level (we plan to bring it there during 2017) but it has been successfully deployed for several customers already. The user documentation is available [2] but feel free to ask any question using a github issue on the project as some steps might not be covered yet.
Feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Sirius is really a great tool !!
I use it to modelize :
- database
custom Reverse database
fields controls with table views (constraints, size, mandatory, ...)
Index visualisation
Foreign key check
...
- Services
Generate all levels in one step from entity : BO, DAO, DTOIn, DTOOut, Mapper, ...
- Screens
Scketchup screens, dialog, Panel, ...
Document génération is what it missed for me
I will give you my feed back on this tool

You can also use pxDoc and its integration with Sirius.
pxDoc is a new way of generating documents with a dedicated language (only ~30 keywords) integrated with the Java world. Since pxDoc works on the Java level directly, you can take any Java object as input for your generation.
So you can obviously mix EMF and UML (and any other data that can be accessed with java) to generate your documentations...
