EclipseCon Europe: Get Your Talk In Now!

ECE logo We hope you've noticed that submissions are closing a bit earlier this year so that you can all submit your talks BEFORE you go on holiday. The early-bird deadline is Friday, July 17, and all proposals are due by Friday, July 31. If you really like doing things early, and you're not plannng to speak this year, go ahead and register. We'll see you in Ludwigsburg!

Community Code of Conduct

The Eclipse Foundation Board of Directors recently approved a Community Code of Conduct. This brings the Eclipse community in line with the best practices for open source communities around the world. Executive Director Mike Milinkovich states, "Our community already has a strong culture of respect and professionalism. Neither I nor the Board expect anyone's behaviour to change as a result of this. This is simply codifying the high expectations we already meet in terms of professionalism, respect, and simply courtesy."
