    The 5th annual Eclipse Summit Europe will take place November 2-4 in Ludwigsburg, Germany. Online submissions for talk, tutorial and symposia proposals are now being accepted. Content can be submitted under the categories: e4, embedded, modeling, runtime and other new & noteworthy. Proposals are due by August 16.


    Members also have a unique opportunity to be an integral part of the entire event through sponsorship at a discounted member rate. An early bird sponsorship rate is in effect until June 15.

    Exhibit with Eclipse at JavaOne

    The Eclipse Foundation is planing to participate at September's JavaOne conference in San Francisco, CA by organizing an "Eclipse pavilion" exhibit hall booth. The booth will contain a Foundation kiosk and 5 other kiosks for Eclipse member companies. The goal of the pavilion is to raise the profile of Eclipse by joining forces in one, shared area.     Helios is Available

    Helios, this year's annual release made up of 39 projects, is now available for download. The Eclipse Foundation is running several programs to promote Helios including a blogathon, friends campaingn and featured demos.
