David - We have an I-build but XSD fails the smoke test.
Craig - Keith Chong is investigating the XSD validatior failure. It may be due to a misspelled plug-in id.
David - Everyone else should post smoke results asap.

2.3) WTP 1.5 Planning Update - Tim Wagner
The PMC reviewed the WTP 1.5 plan. The draft plan [2] needs to be finalized.
TimW - The plan has been revised on the wiki [3]. We are trying to make sure it accurately reflects reality. We need to focus on quality and stability. We will begin support for Java EE 5 by shipping the JSF and Dali Features. For Eclipse 3.2 currency, we will migrate to the new Common Navigator and Undo/Redo framework. If time permits then we will include other feature work, e.g. Web Service spec currency. Send me comments on the plan, or update the wiki directly, but keep the PMC informed of edits. Let's list any other large work items in the plan even if they are being treated as Bugzilla defects.
Chris - I'll comment on Web Service spec currency. We want to focus on stability and quality. JSR 181 is a stretch item and we'll continue to investigate Beehive. However, there is currently no Bugzilla RFE and no other details, i.e. we don't understand the true requirements at this point in time.
TimW - Let's list the new spec revisions, e.g. WSDL 2.0, as optional items in the WTP 1.5 plan.
Chris - We need to expand on the content of the line items, i.e. just listing a spec revision isn't enough detail.
TimW - OK, let's continue this discussion offline.

1. WTP 1.0.1 Status
Reminder - WTP
1.0.1 shutdown starts when Eclipse 3.1.2 is released, ETA January 31. Shutdown
will run for at least 2 weeks. Only stop-ship bugs will be approved during
shutdown. Hot bugs should be fixed asap, prior to shutdown.
1.1) WTP 1.0.1 Build Status - David Williams
David - The M-builds are going fine after a brief regression last week. We are switching the 1.0.1 builds to the new qualifier-based plug-in ids.. We will move to Eclipse 3.1.2 asap since it has now been released.
Kathy - I have a question about the qualifiers. Should we use UTC in tagging for the qualifiers?
David - That's optional but it is a good convention.
Arthur - Are you recommending that as the WTP practice?
David - Yes.
Arthur - Let's discuss this now and adopt at as a standard practice then.
Kosta - Where do you get an accurate UTC time?
David - There is a Web site [1].
Arthur - So you use the UTC time that for CVS tag which becomes the plug-in id qualifier. Are there any questions or objections?
