We will declare the subject build as
these week's I-build. 

There is one failing JUnit test, but
the component owner assures me that the way it failed indicates its working
correctly and the test itself is buggy. 

A few of us have sanity check a couple
of main paths, and verified they work as expected. 

Now .... on to M5!
