A committer election for Vu Quan Tran on project Eclipse SW360 (technology.sw360) was started by Michael Jaeger with this criteria: Quan recently started on contributing to the Eclipse SW360 team as part of the colleagues at TOSHIBA and has already made good impact on the project.
