[subversive-defects] Require SVN plug-in for RAD!

Hi,

We have updated the RAD with SVN plug-in
from the following menu. Help -> Software Updates. It is working fine
to explore the SVN repository and we can even check out the project to
the development environment. But it is blocking the user account since
we are using the windows user id and password for the SVN as well. 

We feel that the plug-in what we have installed
is misbehaving and locking the user account. So we request you to provide
the URL of the SVN plug-in that you have in your development environment.

We have used two URL to install the plug-in.
Please find the below URL's that we have used to install the 'Subversive
plug-in'.
