Please, I want to know how to install the graph view in WSDL editor (what is
its plugin and how to install it)

This is the view that comes with the Webtools platform. If you install
the latest from the Ganymede site (if you are using 3.4.2) or the
Galileo site (if you are using 3.5) then you should get this view when
you open a WSDL file.
