[ptp-announce] PTP 7.0 and Photran 8.1 released with Eclipse Kepler

PTP 7.0.0  (and Photran 8.1) is released today, with the big Eclipse Kepler simultaneous release.   http://eclipse.org

The PTP-specific update site at http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ptp/updates/kepler  now contains PTP 7.0.0 and Photran 8.1

The "Eclipse for Parallel Application Developers"  now contains PTP 7.0.0 and is the easiest and simplest
way to install PTP. 
If you have a previous Juno and PTP 6.0-based workbench, we recommend you install a Kepler-based eclipse, as 
much of the eclipse infrastructure components have changed in Kepler (a.k.a. Eclipse 4.3)
