Re: [photran] 'fortran local application' run configuration not available

I gave up on Eclipse. Code::Blocks seems much easier for Fortran.

Subject: [photran] 'fortran local application' run configuration not available

having not used eclipse / photran for a while (previously using eclipse kepler / photran 8.1.3), checking through old notes, it seems we were setting up the project using the 'fortran local application' run
configuration:

> Select 'Run->Run Configurations...', then select 'Fortran Local
> Application',

testing with current eclipse / photran (eclipse oxygen / photran 9.1.4), it seems this option is no longer available.

it is still possible to to 'run as' / 'debug as' > 'fortran local application'.

i have tested on linux and windows, and also tested with eclipse neon, and eclipse photon, and see the same behaviour.

using the 'c/c++ local application' run configuration seems to work just fine. is that the recommended practice with current version of eclipse / photran?

thanks for your help,

richard
