Done. Any committer on the project should have the permissions to do
this with a simple :
https://ci.eclipse.org/orbit/job/genie.orbit-ssh/61/parameters/ trigger
of this particular job when logged in (at least until a milestone build
is made).

Most releng tasks (with the exception of the build+milestone promotion)
are done on that job.
