Re: [epf-dev] Using epf-composer-1.5.2-linux

For the record:

1.  The latest EPF binaries were provided in June 2018

2. http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/technology/epf/composer/release/epf-composer-1.5.2-linux64.zip
provides a 64 bit linux

3. EPF Composer is now on Eclipse 4.2.2, but you can install into 4.6.3 using the P2 repository here.

http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epf/composer/p2release/EPF-p2Repo-1.5.2/

subject to the issues logged in this bugzilla. https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=539204

So while EPF is not lively, it isn't dead.

Great for the tutorial and the info how to get this running under
linux, i tried it once also and failed.

IMHO it is a sign of project death of EPF that they did not provide any
recent binaries since years (not updated to 64 bit, not updated to a
recent eclipse base....).

Kind regards

Hauke
