[eclipse-pmc] Copy / paste broken in 4.21 - action required

Friends of PMC,

as I was not able to join this weeks PMC call due to client work,
please have a look at
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=575872 and decide if
that should / could be fixed or the underlying cause reverted for
4.21.

I find 4.21 without full functional copy / paste in the text editor
really hard to use. The bug lists several issues, in my case the last
line is copied twice, see screencast.
