[ecf-dev] ECF 3.14.6 available

Hi Folks,

ECF 3.14.6 is now available [1].   This is a maintenance release, and 
has several bug fixes around remote services and license usage.

The ECF core and remote services/RSA implementation bundles are 
available at maven central [2].

There are also new karaf features as described here [3].

Many thanks are due to Mat Booth for helping with the build and deploy 
tasks, as well as automating the karaf-features.xml generation.

Finally, these new versions are also available as part of the ECF 
Bndtools workspace.  See [4].
