[cross-project-issues-dev] Orbit Source Bundles

As some of you may be aware, the format of the source bundles produced by
Orbit  has now changed. In Orbit we now produce individual JAR'd source
bundles.

We will be promoting a recent Orbit I-Build today to the download site:
      http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/
We encourage all consumers to move to this new build.

For people who were including Orbit source bundles in your featutres,
previously you had an entry similar to
      plugin@<pluginId>;version=<pluginVersion>.qualifier;unpack="true"
feature's in your build.properties. Now you must change the value of the
"unpack" property to "false".
