Actions from last meeting details

• Improve documentation about when to make issues and having PRs with good titles. Part of the solution is to add a “noteworthy” label. The noteworthy label has been done and applied to those issues/PRs that it applies to so far.

  • Action: Circulate draft release notes on cdt-dev on RC2 build date so they are finalized GA date

• Send/update invite as last invite ended on 12 Oct 2022 DONE

Minutes

• Discussed current state of GitHub migration

  • Summary is migration is virtually complete
  • See https://github.com/eclipse-cdt/cdt/issues/32 for details.

• Add EASE extension point to workaround Bug 580960

  • EASE loads all UI IStatup classes even in headless mode and provides an extension point to disable this. CDT will declare itself to not be loaded in this way.
  • If this causes a missing identifier error, update project settings sync script to change unknown-identifier from an error (0) to a warning (1) for the project

• Confirmed no objections to merging removal of CDT specific lsp/dap plug-ins
