Hi Erwin, I just noticed your are employd by intel.com.
Please note thare is already minor support for intel compilers in CDT [1].
Instead of writing a new extension, I would suggest to improve or start 
maintaining the existing ones (icc, icl, icl++, icpc).
Support for these originally stems from cmake4eclipse and might be really 
outdated since it is almost 8 years old, IIRC.
