Hmmm,
I wonder how stuff used to make it into there (archive.eclipse.org). Maybe
that was back when the CI at eclipse got turned off it
stopped updating that.
I was trying to use AspectJ today through the Nix package
manager, but
they still have a very old version there (see here: https://nixos.org/nixos/packages.html?attr=aspectj&channel=nixpkgs-unstable&query=aspectj).
I can probably help getting that package up to date, and
maybe add a
"stable" and "milestone" variant of the AspectJ package
(something else
is fine with me too - but this seems like a good start).
However, the
eclipse binary archive for AspectJ
(https://archive.eclipse.org/tools/aspectj/)
does not contain 1.9.5 and
1.9.6 (only up until 1.6, if I understand correctly). Is
it possible for
you to update the archive with stable and milestone
releases? Or has the
archive moved to another URL? If you prefer not to update
the package,
or arrange for updating the package yourself, that is fine
with me as well.
