Hmmm, I wonder how stuff used to make it into there (archive.eclipse.org). Maybe that was back when the CI at eclipse got turned off it stopped updating that.
1.9.6 is here and 1.9.5/etc are all alongside it:

How that maps over to archive.eclipse.org - no idea. I'm tempted to release through github going forward. Updating the package sounds good to me.
