WTP 3.16

Status as of 2019-12-18

WTP 3.16 was officially released on December 18, 2019, as part of the Eclipse IDE 2019-12. Users of Eclipse should use the 2019-12 Update Site, http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2019-12/, to install WTP 3.16. The next release, WTP 3.17, will be part of the simultaneous release in March.
