Christian Dupuis canceled, due to "customer calls" he had to join. Suggested f2f at EclpseCon, but no details, yet.
- EclipseLink
Disscussed moving ElcipseLink runtime out of IDE (into target only). Neil mentioned there are (or could be) some function provided to IDE via some runtime libraries, such as parsing JPQL. He'll investigate options and comment in bugs, if EclpseLink runtime really is needed for IDE.
Seems to me we shouldn't need "the whole runtime" for functions such as parsing JPQL. Is this a matter of knowing how to package 1 jar from another Eclipse project?
