platform with tools for developing Web and Java EE applications.
It includes source and graphical editors for a variety of languages,
wizards and built-in applications to simplify development, and
tools and APIs to support deploying, running, and testing apps.

J2EE Standard Tools (JST)
The JST subproject integrates J2EE 1.4 and 5 tools targeting J2EE-compliant application servers into the Eclipse IDE. These tools include those for EJB, Servlet, JST, JCA, JDBC, JTA, JMS, JMX, JNDI, and Java Web services. JST is also an extensible platform that provides common infrastructure for any Eclipse-based development environment targeting Java Web-enabled applications.
