TmL Project has been driven by Motorola and it was founded in December, 2006
The Tools for mobile Linux (TmL) project intends to provide Eclipse-based tools and frameworks to build Eclipse-based tools to support development of mobile applications with a focus on mobile devices running Linux to make it easier to put together Eclipse-based development environemnt for such devices which are an important part of device ecosystem.
