Unable to display the tools.ptp project plan because
the project meta-data "projectplanurl" (http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/planning/2.1) does not refer to an http://www.eclipse.org/ page.
The project team and project leader (Greg Watson) are responsible for the project plan.
