Member Retention and Sales Admin
The Eclipse Foundation, a not for profit membership-funded foundation supporting the Eclipse Ecosystem, is seeking a highly organized individual to manage member retention and admin for membership sales. This position is based in Ottawa, Canada and is primarily member relationship focused with some admin and inside sales responsibilities (inside/telesales).
Responsibilities:- Pipeline management and relationship building with existing members (Renewals), primarily in North America and Western Europe
- Sales Admin support for two full time business development staff
- Assist keeping current contact and pipeline reports
- Assisting new members through initation process
- Helping prioritize leads through initial cold-calls
- Support special quarterly sales objectives including Event Sponsorships, Advertising, etc.
- Work with management to continuously build and define the value proposition for membership
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent record keeping and reporting skills
- Proven track record of success with minimal supervision
- Assertive, yet always extremely professional
- Working knowledge of Software industry
- 5-10 years experience in combination of the following:
- Customer Relations
- Sales Admin
- Inside Sales Experience (with either software or intangibles (ideally Memberships))
