Eclipse is not recognizing the Cygwin toolchain. [message #506767]

Eclipse is not recognizing the Cygwin toolchain. I have installed Cygwin and all of the necessary parts, and I can run gcc, g++, make, and everything else from command prompt, but Eclipse doesn't list anything in the toolchain menu. Does anybody have any advice?
