Whenever I restart Eclipse, it is doing some kind of task in the background
per the blue indicator on the status bar. All I have to do is team/update
of one of my CVS projects and it stops. Is there anyway to figure out what
it's doing and why? I'm running Eclipse 3.0.0 Build: 200404201300 on
Windows XP

Likely this is a background build - the update is cancelling the build when
you start up.

We fine tuned this quite a bit on the way to the 3.0 release. I would use
3.0.
