Bar Chart SeriesPallete (Color) isnt acting as it should [message #242410]

Hallo!

I guess i found a (disturbing) bug:

I have a bar chart with 20+ bars. What I want is to set more colors
(SeriesPalette), so that each bar of my chart has its own color. Birt does
provide a color picker which is initially set to 8 colors. When I m
extending it to lets say 15 colors, the additional colors wont be used in my
chart (wether html nor pdf output will use it). While looking deeper into
it, I found out, that in the generated xml document from the designer it
lists more than 8 colors, but the additional created ones are just ignored.

Plz see attached image. (I could have attached even the bar chart with 8
colors but it looks exactly the same :)

I didnt found a bugzilla entry, can anyone confirm this?

Never mind, its working now!

stupid i was always adding/removing the colors from the wrong axe :)

The UI has been improved in 2.2 to show only one Palette button so there is
no mistake possible now :)
