problem with java.library.path [message #238067]

I am newbie to jni and to load my dlls i want to place them in
java.library.path

but when i print my library path in eclipse i get only {c:"} at console.

but the same program without eclipse ide gives whole path of my windows
environment variable.

What may be the cause or how to set "java.library.path" in eclipse
