Eclipse 3.4.1, Tomcat 5.5

I seem to be getting a lot of "404 Resource /XXXX/ not available" errors
lately when attempting to run a Web project on the server from within
Eclipse. Sometimes I'm able to fix this by:

"cleaning" the project, and/or

removing the /XXXX/ working directory from the Tomcat server, and/or

removing all working directories (all "synchronized" projects) from the
Tomcat server, and/or

rebooting my machine (so far rebooting seems to be the most reliable fix).

For some reason this has started to occur recently, seems to be getting
frequent, and almost never occurred before. Any clue about what might be
going on?
