Hi. I just installed Eclipse and I was trying to use the code completion
and ran into a small problem. When I type the class name with the dot(eg
"Integer."), the window of methods pop up with the scroll bars and this is
fine. However, as I scroll through the list, the JavaDoc window appears
next to it with a description of each method but the window is not large
enough to display all information for some of the methods and there are no
scrollbars. Can you suggest a solution? Thanks in advance.

KP,
On Windows, if you resize the window, it should remember the size.

Hi. Thanks for the reply but it didn't work. I was reading some other
posts with the same problem(from 2003) with people sugggesting pressing F2
but that doesn't work either. How could the developers not have seen this
problem? Didn't anyone test this program? Thanks again.

This has been a problem with Eclipse ever since I can remember - goes way
back to the 2.0 days at least.
This seems like it's part of a bigger issue though - a lot of pop up
windows don't seem to remember how big they were after resizing - most
notably the Preference pop up. It's been annoying for a long time now.
