I am trying to connect to the oracle 9i database. I am using
oracle.jdbc.xa.client.OracleXADataSource class and classes12-9i.jar file.
for test connection, getting error "cannot be cast to java.sql.Driver"
When I am creating new connection from Data Source Explorer, I selected
"SQL-Model-JDBC Connection" option from the New Connection Profile Wizard.
(I am not sure what to select here.)
I am using
WTP 2.0
WebLogic server 8.1
Oracle 9i.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Lata

Below is the error

This looks to be a problem in the Data Tools Platform (DTP) project. WTP
uses DTP for database connectivity.
You should report your problem in DTP's newsgroups:
http://www.eclipse.org/newsportal/thread.php?group=eclipse.d tp

Greetings,
Kaloyan
