The 3.1.1 maintenance builds contain some new GEF documentation. Please
check it out and provide any feedback here, or open bugzillas for typos,
etc.

Hopefully the community can write some chapters for 3.2. For example,
property sheet support, zoom manager's, rulers, etc.
