Adding IDE Menus to RCP Application [message #186974] Fri, 30 January 2004 04:58 Go to next message

Hi all,

I am developing a RCP application. However, I found that useful menus such
as Windows, Help and Edit are missing in the RCP. Is that any easy way of
putting it back without resorting to using the IDEActionFactory?

Why isn't these menu items part of ActionSet in the first place, as it is
easier to configure whether to put it in rcp or normal ide mode?

See part 3 of the RCP tutorials for code that does this.
