I wan to create PCH file with my Managed Make C++ project. I tried to do
it in pre-build step, but was not successful.

What I did:

1. Created a PCH.h file that has all the #include's.
2. Created a PCH.mk file that is supposed to generate the PCH file.

Does anyone else has succeeded in this?
